of Representatives to be one of the managers in the historic impeachment trial of President Bill Clinton. With
prior experience as a Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney and as Majority Leader of the California State
Assembly, Rogan was selected in 2001 by President George W. Bush as Under Secretary of Commerce
serving as chief advisor to the President on all matters of intellectual property. |

With responsibilities including oversight for administering the state’s housing finance, rehabilitation, and
community development programs, as well as oversight of the state’s housing planning and code-setting
processes, and regulation of manufactured housing and mobile home parks, Lucy Dunn was appointed in
2004 by Governor Schwarzenegger to serve as Director of the California Department of Housing and
Community Development. Dunn’s diverse leadership skills and outstanding background in the building and
development industry earned her the title of California State Legislature “Woman of the Year” in
recognition of her civic involvement, influence and participation in public policy and planning task forces. |
