Chris Anderson was named editor of The Orange County Register in 1980 at the astonishingly young age of 30 and led the newspaper to its first two (1984 and 1989) of its three Pulitzer Prizes. He served as President of the board of trustees of South Coast Repertory; served on the executive committee of the KOCE-TV Foundation; and currently serves as a member of the board of trustees of St. Margaret Episcopal School and on the board and executive committee of the Orange County Community Foundation.
