The Orange County Forum can be seen by all Time Warner Cable digital customers via
Video on Demand throughout the Greater Los Angeles/Orange County area. With
Time Warner’s Video on Demand technology, viewers can watch the Forum at their
convenience, using their remote control to pause, fast-forward and rewind, similar to a
DVD. Access the OCForum by visiting Time Warner’s “On Demand Central” on
Channel One and selecting Free on Demand, or tune directly to Channel 1017 and go
to the “public affairs” tab.
