Sarah Catz, Director, Center for Urban Infrastructure, UMass Global

A leading advocate and public policymaker, Sarah Catz serves as the director for the Center for Urban Infrastructure. During the past twenty years, she has played a crucial role in critical transportation projects at the local, state, and national levels. She has also been recognized by the League of Women Voters of Orange County with the "OC Woman of Achievement" Award and by OC Metro Magazine as one of "10 Women Making a Difference in Orange County." Paul A. Cook, General Manager, Irvine Ranch Water District

Paul A. Cook is the General Manager of Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD). In addition to his leadership role at IRWD, Cook currently serves on the Board of Directors for WateReuse California and the California Municipal Utilities Association. Kris Murray serves as Chair of the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board for California. The Board focuses on preserving, enhancing, and restoring California’s water quality, proper allocation, and efficient use. Mike R. Markus, General Manager, Orange County Water District

With over 40 years of experience, Michael R. Markus is known for his large project implementation and water resource management expertise. He currently serves as the General Manager of the Orange County Water District (OCWD), which provides high-quality water for over 2.5 million residents in North and Central Orange County. David L. Feldman (Ph.D.), Director, Water UCI

As director of Water UCI, David Lewis Feldman oversees projects on California’s Water Resilience portfolio, contaminants of emerging concern, and education and outreach activities. Feldman also served as lead author for a U.S. Climate Change Science Program report on climate and water and was co-Principal Investigator on an NSF-Partnership for International Research and Education project with Australian universities on water reuse.
