As we head into the New Year, the OC Forum is proud to announce our ten new Board Members! Each new addition to the Board is a proud member of our community and is committed to advancing the mission and vision of our organization; to foster relationships, exchange ideas and discuss public policy issues with the most knowledgeable and distinguished speakers and leaders of our time. We look forward to working together this coming year!



Tiffany Alva, Director, Partnerships & Government Affairs, First Five

Tiffany Alva serves as the Director of Partnerships and Government Affairs at First 5 Orange County. In her role as Director of Partnerships and Government Affairs, Alva executes the organization’s vision through an intentional focus on partnerships, integration, and communication. She also takes initiative to develop and nurture relationships with cross-sector stakeholders, providing First 5 Orange County with a platform to educate community leadership and advance buy-in to the importance of investing in early childhood systems of care.


Adam Cali, Manager , Foundation & Community Initiatives, Angels Baseball

Adam currently works as the Manager of Foundation and Community Initiatives for the Los Angeles Angels. He grew up locally in Santa Ana and is a graduate of UC San Diego where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He has worked in the sports industry for 13 years, splitting time between Major League Baseball’s league office and the Los Angeles Angels. Adam currently develops community programs to benefit students, families and those in need in Orange County. He also oversees the Angels Baseball Foundation grant program, which to date has awarded over $8M in financial assistance to local nonprofits.


Leticia Clark, District Director, Public Affairs & Government Relations, South Orange County Community College District

Mayor Pro Tem Clark is an award-winning public affairs professional with several years of experience in the public and non-profit sectors. Clark currently serves as the District Director of Public Affairs and Government Relations for the South Orange County Community College District. In this role she promotes educational opportunities and the academic success of nearly 50,000 students. Most recently, Mayor Pro Tem Clark was selected to be a part of the Women in Government program with 25 elected women leaders across the country.


Matthew Ingraham, Wealth Management Advisor WestPac Wealth Partners

Matthew currently works as a wealth management advisor for WestPac Wealth Partners in Irvine. He helps professionals, families, and business owners work toward achieving financial balance. His service continues here in Orange County with volunteer work for Easterseals Disability Services and other philanthropic initiatives funded by The David and Molly Pyott Foundation.



Carma Lacy, Executive Director, , OC Workforce Development Board

Carma Lacy is currently the Executive Director of the Orange County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB) and the Director of Workforce and Economic Development for Orange County. In this position, she not only creates local policies, but she also implements strategies to address education and workforce issues that impact local businesses, job seekers and youth. She also provides fiscal and program oversight for over 30 million dollars in funding provided by the United States Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration, State of California Employment Development Division, Orange County Social Services Agency (Welfare to Work Program), and the County of Orange. In addition, she provides program and fiscal oversight of the 75 million dollars in CARES Act funding to local businesses impacted by COVID-19.


Georgina Maldonado, Executive Director, Community Health Initiative of Orange County

Since 2015, Ms. Maldonado has served as Executive Director of Community Health Initiative of Orange County (CHI OC).Thus far, she has guided the organization through securing 501(c)(3) status while expanding enrollment and care coordination services. In her former position as the Director of Patient Engagement at Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties, she designed and implemented enrollment goals and strategies for launching the organization’s first primary care practice. Besides participating in numerous presentations and collaboratives, she serves as an advisory board member for the Orange County Women’s Health Project.


Gregory C. Scott, President & CEO, Community Action Partnership, OC

Gregory C. Scott currently serves as President & CEO of Community Action Partnership of Orange County, a leading national network championing the war on poverty, racial and economic equity, strengthening families, youth empowerment and education, and community development. Mr. Scott is also the Founder of The Scott Group, which helps new and experienced CEO’s, Executive Directors, and community and faith leaders create the momentum needed for successful business, organizational, and personal leadership through coaching, mentorship, and learning. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern California Counseling Center, Anaheim Workforce Development Board, the Nonprofit Insurance Alliance of California (NIAC), and the marketing committee for the African American Board Leadership Institute.



Tammy Tran, Senior Manager, Local Public Affairs , Southern California Edison

Tammy Tran has over 15 years of experience working in government, media, and nonprofit organizations. Currently, Tammy serves as Senior Manager in Local Public Affairs at Southern California Edison (SCE), leading its Orange County Government Relations Team. Tammy joined SCE in 2013 as Senior Community Liaison where she had responsibility for developing, maintaining, and enhancing strategic engagement and partnerships with community stakeholders across SCE’s service territory. Prior SCE, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff and District Director for then California State Senator Lou Correa in Orange County.


Jeanne Tran-Martin, Executive Director, Cal State Student Association

Jeanne Tran-Martin serves as the Executive Director of the Cal State Student Association (CSSA). In this role, she serves as the primary advisor to a five-member executive officer team and 23-member Board of Directors to advance issues that affect CSU students at the systemwide, state, and federal levels. Prior to serving in this role, Jeanne served as the Director of Government Relations and Advocacy at Cal State Fullerton. During her tenure at CSUF, the campus saw a 200% increase rate in voter turnout rates due to the partnerships she built with Associated Students, Incorporated from 2014 to 2018.


Michael Varvis, Director of Order Management & Sales Support, Cox Business, Orange Coast

As Director at Cox Business for the Orange Coast market, encompassing Orange County, Palos Verdes, and Santa Barbara, Michael “Mike” Varvis is responsible for facilitating the installation and sales support of Cox Business’s customized communications solutions to local and national businesses. Mike has over 20 years of telecommunication experience spanning different areas such as Finance, IT, Sales and Customer Support. In his role as Director, Mike is focused on ensuring Cox Business customers receive the best service fulfillment experience in the industry.
