CONGRESSMAN ED ROYCE TO BE HONORED
BY THE OC FORUM
IRVINE – On Thursday, April 5, members and guests of the Orange County Forum (OC Forum) have the opportunity to hear from Congressman Ed Royce at the Hilton Irvine, as we say farewell to one of the Forum’s greatest champions.
Following a long history of public service, the Congressman announced his retirement from public office earlier this year Congressman Royce serves California’s 39th Congressional District, encompassing parts of Orange, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties. For the 115th Congress, he was selected to be Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, a position he has held since January 2013.
“Congressman Royce has been one of our nation’s premier representatives to foreign governments around the world, advocating for a strong foreign policy that has kept the American homeland safe,” said Owen Holmes, OC Forum President.
To commemorate his life of service and his established relationship with the OC Forum, we will be honoring him with a special program, looking back at his many accomplishments while gaining insight into a long and storied career.
The OC Forum is proud to partner with the World Affairs Council of Orange County as a Promotional Sponsor.
Reservations are required as there is only room for 200 guests. Tickets range from $85 to $100 and tables of 10 from $850 to $1,000. Sponsorship opportunities are available. Visit www.orangecountyforum.org/events or call (949) 588 – 9884 to make your reservation.
